Peter Milobar, the finance critic for British Columbia’s Opposition Conservatives, said his run for the leadership of the party is just the first step toward becoming premier as he touted his electability.
Milobar said he has previously won eight general elections at the municipal and provincial levels, sometimes by small margins, sometime by large ones.
